Media Technical Briefing on the Preclearance Act 2016 (Bill C-23)   

Public Safety Canada and Canada Border Services Agency will brief the media and take questions from reporters on Bill C-23, the Preclearance Act, 2016.  

The technical briefing will be available via Periscope.
