iaik.security.ssl.clientUseSignalingCipherSuiteValue
Support for protected renegotiation is normally signaled by the client sending a zero-length renegotiation info TLS extension. Since some SSL/TLS implementations incorrectly fail the handshake when they encounter a TLS extension, an alternate signaling mechanism has been defined. When setting this property to false, the toolkit uses a zero-length renegotiation info TLS extension to signal support for secure renegotiation.
iaik.security.ssl.clientUseSignalingCipherSuiteValue = falseWhen setting this property to true (default value), the toolkit uses a special Signaling Cipher Suite value.
