This class defines the interface for an algorithm factory implementation and additionally provices a static method createFactory() to create an instance of such an algorithm factory implementation. An algorithm factory is responsible to create instances of all kinds of algorithms needed by IXSIL in case of signature verification. Algorithms are identified by the "Algorithm" attribute of the corresponding XML element representative.
