Fips140AuditLogger	This class is used for Auditing of the FIPS 140-2 Level 2 operations which are performed by the Crypto Officer Role.
JarAuthenticator	This class provides the ability to MAC Protect and Authenticate JAR files.
SecurityEngine	This class is used to initialize the Toolkit in FIPS or non-FIPS mode.

Fips140ErrorStateException	This exception is thrown when the Toolkit's FIPS 140 cryptographic module is in the error state and an attempt to perform a cryptographic operation is made.
