Subject:	Bankrupt after XXX Raises Rates

We took a line of Credit during the Governments Renovation incentive. Two Years later XXX 
raised our rate from 2% over prime to 8.5% over prime. After a failed attempt with Consumer 
Proposal, we declared bankruptcy, losing our vehicles and home! 
Due to the new bankruptcy laws we are barely able to pay our rent.
We are 10 years from retiring and have nothing. Nortel was able to take our pension and the 
banks took the rest! 

The banks have all the power and the consumers have no protection!
