Subject:	Beef With Banking Policy

 To Whomever it may Concern: 
  
  I would like to express my displeasure with two aspects of policy that my 
bank, TD, currently employees in its dealings with me.  The first is the "pay 
to pay" fees they charge when I pay a bill with them in person at a branch, and 
the second is the two dollar fee they deduct from my account when they mail me 
a monthly banking update statement.  I would very much like to see both charges 
eliminated in the future if possible as it does add up to a substantial amount 
during a calendar year.  Any consumer protections of this nature that you could 
add to this new financial consumer code would be greatly appreciated.
