Hi 
Thought you should be aware of the high 'cost' of buying and selling US dollars and other currencies at 
my bank, XXXX....they make a huge profit at my expense .....I can get a better rate at the 
Currency Exchange but that means a drive to the nearest one.....I fully understand the rise and fall in 
currency rates but the bank adds on more points than they need to in order to make a bigger profit. I 
opened a US account at my branch having been told it would be beneficial to me, and the exchange rate 
would be better, but the account does not work how I need it to.....I'm sure a lot of people feel the same 
way I do.....
