Subject:	Complaints about banks and insurance companies

My complaint is that when I make an electronic payment on line it takes 5-6 days before the payment is 
actually made however the money is instantly taken out of my account!! In today's day and age its about 
time that reasonable people stop being boondoggled buy propaganda from banks saying that this is for 
our own protection. Why don't you people use some common sense when you talk to these big banks and 
don't let them make you believe its in every bodies best interest. The only interest the bank is looking out 
for is there own. I recently had to move because of employment. I had to sell my house and by a new 
one. The bank charged me $16,000.00 in penalties because I canceled my 5 year mortgage after 2.5 
years. The reason I was given is that they felt that the money the would lose trying to reinvest the money. 
Its not bad enough that our financial system guarantees the banks cash for life you don't protect us at all!!
 
Anyhow I will be very surprised if you do anything anyway. Steven Harper is in bed with the banks and big 
business.
