Subject:	consultation on financial consumer code

As citizens who are blind we submit the following comments to the consultation on financial consumer 
code public  consultation.

All financial information and service  information and usage processes must be made usable by persons 
who are blind including but not limited to:

Web sites,
Contracts,
Cash machines  including white label ATMS , All contracts, service agreements, credit reports  and 
customer information like publications,

All financial statements  including credit card loan  and mortgage reports

All card payment machines  including their touch screens, used with credit cards,, debit cards, cash cards 
etc.,

All bank promotional information,
All cards should have tactile markings to identify their type, for example, client card, visa card, debit 
card, etc. like Barkley's Bank does in the U.K and some banks do in Australia.
