My concern with the banking system/fees is:
 
*	Make major banks pay their fare share of taxes.  Banks should not be 
able to hide $ offshore. 
*	
*	How can banks give 2% interest on a GIC while Credit Card companies 
charge 20%? 
*	
*	TD charges $1.00 per month for simply having a U.S. Savings Account. 
*	
*	Set-up an international system for reporting financial transactions, i.e. 
similar to our Passport system.
