I have just one issue:

I can pay my bills through online banking and I can get cash from an ATM that is not my bank's. I can 
even send money to myself (or someone else) via email and transfer funds that way to another bank.

But I cannot transfer funds or pay for things like a line of credit between banks. I would like to see banks 
break this barrier and allow other banks to be added as online payees (if XXXX can do it,why not the 
XXXX?).
