Without explicitly implicating my financial institutions, below are some concerns. I wonder how these concerns compare with financial institutions in other developed countries. High Banking Fees for No-Frills Chequings Account My chequings account only allows for 25 transactions a month (ABM or online), does not include teller assisted transactions, and costs $9.95 a month (fee waived if minimum daily closing balance is >$2000). I feel that $9.95 is an exorbitant amount for a no-frills chequings account. Fees for using other Institution's ABMs I'm unsure whether the fee to use another banking institution's ABM is justified. In my opinion, all chequings accounts should include a limited number of withdrawals from other institutions ABM's (e.g. 1-2 withdrawals per month). 3rd Party ABM fees are also significantly higher than ABM's of financial institutions. Ability to Only Withdraw $20 Bill Denominations from ABMs Unless there is a significant increase in cost of ABM operations, financial institution's (especially those located within a financial institution) should be required to offer a certain amount of higher value denominations (e.g. $50 and $100) in their ABMs. Thank you for your time, XXXX
