They don't want to recover money from a Scam company and want me to pay instead. I refuse to pay the Scam company and am now having to refuse to pay XXXX and this will probably lead to a bad credit rating for me. I'll explain what happened. The scam company (XXXX) offered a free sample of a night cream. I agreed to try a free sample of the night cream. They wanted me to pay for the shipping which was about $6.00 and foolishly I gave them my XXXX number. I did not agree to any other terms nor did I give them permission to use my credit card for any other purpose. Shortly thereafter they sent me another product and charged $102.18 to my credit card. Shortly after that they sent me another product and charged me $103.87 for that one. After finding these charges I placed disputes on both charges and asked XXXX to reverse these charges. Instead they want me to pay these charges. If Scam companies can force the consumer to pay for products they never ordered, they will certainly do this much more frequently. This is not consumer friendly and must be stopped. If I direct my Credit Card Company to not pay for a product that I have not ordered nor received, they should reverse the charge from the company and let the company try and get payment from me directly. In this case I would be willing to go to small claims court and argue my case. XXXX
