Hello,

I am very pleased the government is beginning to finally look at consumers' interest. A timely 
intervention!

I would like to see those charges relating to using the credit card to make purchases in currencies 
other than C$ be included in this review. For example, I purchased a subscription in the US when 
the exchange rate was just over par. An exchange rate below par was used along with an 
administration fee of 2.5% was levied by the credit card company. On another occasion, a false 
transaction was made by a US company to my credit card. The dispute was resolved in my favor 
but I suffered a loss as a result of the exchange rate and the administration fee.
