I have had a few prepaid cards.  You can login with several of them but their login is not 
secure.  It asks for card number, code on back and phone number.  Well, practically anyone you 
give that card to can get your phone number.  They can then login and change the phone number 
so that you cannot get in, effectively stealing the money.  Your only recourse is if you can find 
your receipt which could be 6 months old, go to your bank and hope that someone has a clue 
there to possibly help.  Try the XXXX gift card for one.
