Subject:	prepaid credit  cards

I recieved a pre-paid XXXX card from my co-workers for my retirement.  
By the time I used the card it had actually lost half its value.  XXXX reduced the amount on the card each 
month I did not use it.  How it this legal?  In other words they stole money off the card that my co-
workers in good faith had placed on the card....truly a rip off.
