I got a prepaid credit card from a credit union the fee was $2.00 which is OK, However, I found 
they did not work everywhere and the user fees 
needs to be eliminated as they have your money on the credit card, make money when you 
reload the credit card maximum limits of more than $500.00 this
goes fast spent it in more than one year.  To help those like use prepaid credit cards.  And bring 
back the prepaid credit cards bank hold $5000.00 as security against
the credit card, you'll have the money to pay of the credit card if you loose your job.
