Subject:	Prepaid or Preloaded Credit cards.

The information in your new code is very well read by myself and family, but i would like the 
government to consider freezing the activation fee's.

The activation fee's go up as consumer prepays for a higher amount.

Example: $25.00 pre-loaded card is extra $4.95  to activate while a $100 card can be up to $9 or $10 
dollars to activate, I would like to see a flat activation fee or say $3.00 or even $3.50 on all cards.

As these cards are run by the major credit card company's (XXXX, XXXX, XXXX) and 
they make money with there fee's they charge to business's for consumers using credit card, and the 
interest rate they charge consumers, who have a standard unsecured credit card from these companys.

I would think knowing that, they can afford to have a fixed low activation fee on all pre-paid or pre-
loaded card.
