Subject:	Bank fees, investment

Greetings,
I wish to protest bank fees to withdraw cash from investment funds (partly RRSP) that are 
uneven and therefore discriminatory.
With the XXXX, I suddenly began to be charged fees when after withdrawals, the value of my 
investment assets had dropped below $25,000.
This practice gives free privileges to the (relatively) rich, profits to the bank and imposes charges 
on the (relatively) poor.
I am a pensioner* and need to withdraw cash to live.
