I only have one suggestion: 
  
Consumer protection requires that consumers be informed as they are their best protectors. To 
improve access to financial information the GOC needs to require Transunion and Equifax to 
provide consumer credit information online. 
  
It is ridiculous that the two force consumers to send snail mail in order to get a free credit 
report! 
  
This is a small but effective change that can be effected without long drawn consultations.
