Subject:	XXXX kept money which did not belong to them


My mother had an account at XXXX. She died May 1, 2007 and the bank refused to turn the account 
into an estate account and just kept the money. My mother had made a will at her lawyer's leaving me as executor and 
sole beneficiary but the bank employee that I dealt with decided that she did not approve of my mother's choice and 
simply delayed, and eventually refused to honour the will. The amount was small enough to not 
be worth spending money on lawyers so XXXX kept the balance.
