FEDERAL SUPPORT TO NORTHWEST TERRITORIES - Additional notes

	1	Territorial Formula Financing (TFF) payment includes an additional $24 million in 2016-17, stemming from the legislative amendments to enhance the stability and predictability of the program. 										
		TFF includes a transition payment of $1.7 million for five years starting in 2019-20.
