Honorary Colonel Perry Schuldhaus

Mr. Perry Schuldhaus was appointed Honorary Colonel to the Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment at a ceremony in Cold Lake, Alberta in September 2015.

Honorary Colonel Schuldhaus is currently the President of Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc.; a publicly listed company on the Toronto Stock Exchange and a major Canadian energy infrastructure company. He reports directly to the Company’s Board of Directors and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Income Fund’s business.

Honorary Colonel Schuldhaus has had a varied career with over thirty years of domestic and international experience in the energy industry. He joined Enbridge in 2004 and has held the positions of Vice President, Upstream Business Development & Acquisitions, Vice President, Business Development and Director, Market Development & Acquisitions within the Enbridge Inc. subsidiary Enbridge Pipelines Inc. Prior to joining Enbridge, Honorary Colonel Schuldhaus provided independent consulting services, both domestically and internationally, to clients pursuing acquisitions and the development of greenfield projects. Prior to that, he was with TransCanada Corporation where he held executive level positions with responsibility for business development and systems; health, safety and environment; and internal audit. Honorary Colonel Schuldhaus also spent several years based in Bogota, Colombia and Houston, Texas where he held executive level positions in energy. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Alberta and completed the comprehensive Finance for Senior Executives program at the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Honorary Colonel Schuldhaus and his wife have two sons and they reside in Calgary. He enjoys travel, a variety of sports including golf and supporting his two sons in their passion for the game of hockey. Over the past several years Perry has been an active volunteer in the hockey community including serving on hockey boards. He has also served on boards of not-for-profit organizations as well as several joint venture boards in North America and internationally.
