Public notice: Measurement of demand for services in both official languages

The Canadian Coast Guard is measuring in which official language services are being requested in selected offices, as part of the Official Languages Regulations Reapplication Exercise (OLRRE), in accordance with the Directive on the Implementation of the Official Languages (Communications with and Services to the Public) Regulations.

Participation in this exercise is voluntary. No personal information is collected, and no data that could identify an individual is retained.

The information gathered will be used solely for statistical purposes to assess service needs in both official languages.

No action is required from the public.
