Come see the majestic ice sculpture depicting Louis Riel, the President of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba and the Métis Nation who would lead the Manitoba Provisional Government to adopt a Bill of Rights that guided negotiations for the entry of the Province of Manitoba into Confederation 150 years ago.
