Having grown up in Aberdeen, Scotland and visited Balmoral with my own late grandmother, the passing of the Queen felt especially sorrowful to me. My heartfelt condolences to the Royal family at this difficult time.
Our condolences to the royal family. Our gratitude and love for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II who lived her life by setting an extraordinary example. She was an outstanding figure of integrity and hope in a chaotic world.
The Queen's poised, kind, gentle, and fair manner in which she ruled is unmatched. She has shown a resilience and grace in her leadership, navigating the most difficult political and health challenges (Covid-19) the world has seen. Most notably she is a grandmother, and her fierce love for her grandchildren is beautiful. Her faith, has been what has steered her through her reign successfully. Rest in peace great Queen. The world is so much darker without you in it. You will be missed.
Like many Canadians, I grew up singing God save the Queen at the end of my school day. I was proud to do so. Queen Elizabeth has been a part of my entire life. She has set an exemplary example for her entire lifetime. I think that example will be invaluable to her family and to us all. God save the King.
God bless our wonderful Queen Elizabeth who now rests at peace. We honoring her long life of service and miss her very much.

Blessed were we Canadians, to have a Queen as dedicated and classic, as you Queen Elizabeth. Your ability to lead, your dedication and your personal sacrifice to the commonwealth and its peoples, through the good and the bad times for 70 years, was nothing short of remarkable. You are the only Queen I've know. You will be dearly missed and remembered. xo

Princess Elizabeth (with Prince Philip) was there to unveil these Gates .Very excited as she spoke to us before "unveiling" Treasure the memory .
I only became a Canadian citizen very recently, but the impact Her Majesty the Queen had on my life and my experience is enormous. She was always there as a figure of stability and strength, and the world is much lesser without her presence.
Rest In Peace to Her Majesty, and God Save the King.
How much there is to admire about the Queen, who with the help of God, her family, staff, advisors, friends, and peoples, flourished as a respectful servant of the people, and encouraged good deeds. Thank you. The Archbishop of York says she put God first, and as a Christian followed Jesus’ commandment to also love thy neighbour, and she respected those of other faiths. There is hope in her example, and I wonder if history will judge her crowning achievement as supporting the Commonwealth.
Queen Elizabeth 2 grace and dedication to the Commonwealth will be remembered and we wish her family strength in this sad time.
Dear Royal Family,
Our hearts mourn alongside yours at the passing of your precious Mum, the caring Queen of the Commonwealth - she shall be in our hearts forever. May her spirit live on in our hearts forever. God bless the Queen, RIP, and God bless the King.

Queen Elizabeth II was the most admirable woman I have ever known. She embodied everything good about the Monarchy, setting a standard of duty, kindness, empathy, and tolerance that is unequalled. I am proud that she was my Queen, and wish that Canada had invited her to visit more often. She would have come. I will always remember and admire her, and will try to emulate her own good common sense in my own life. I wish her peace. She has earned it.

It is with great respect and deep sadness that I write my deepest thoughts to the family of the only Queen I have known during her reign of 70 years. During that time I had the excitement to see her in person, although it was from afar, on the shoulder of my father at her Coronation in 1953 in England, and again in Hamilton, Ont in 2002.
I will miss her as will many more.
Thank you and Rest In Peace your majesty and God Save the King.

She was truly a wonderful woman
Our mother and grandparents and so many more ancestors came from the United Kingdom and we always have admired Queen Elizabeth immensely! We made our first trip to London England in 2019 and felt immediately at home. She was a tremendous role model and leader who always displayed kindness, decency, commitment and love of family and country. Thank you Queen Elizabeth II for your presence in the world - you have made it a better place we are sure.
I was born in England but live in Canada. You have always been for me a sort of still point in a chaotic world. I admired your strength of character and your sense of humour, your work ethic, and the way in times of crisis you offered hope. Thank you so much for your unwavering dedication to your promise of service.
