Minister Guilbeault to Highlight Support for Canada’s Live Music Sector and Artists

MONTRÉAL – The Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will highlight funding on Friday for Canada’s live music sector and artists, as the country moves safely toward reopening in-person cultural activities.

This event will be held in person. As space is limited, journalists who wish to attend this press conference must confirm their presence by emailing pch.media-media.pch@canada.ca by 7 a.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021.

Individuals attending the press conference in person must not have symptoms similar to COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with the disease in the last 14 days. Face coverings must be worn.
