Outdoor Mural Condition Report form

Maintaining adequate records of your mural project is important to its ongoing care. Information on the materials used by the artist will be beneficial in the future. An annual inspection and documentation of your murals is an important part of a maintenance program. By recording the materials and condition of your murals and retaining the report in your files, changes in condition from year to year can be readily detected. This will allow you to address problems and deterioration before major unsightly and perhaps irreparable damage occurs. This document contains two report formats to assist you in documenting your murals, a Record of Materials, Condition and Maintenance Recommendations report, and an Inspection Record for ongoing annual inspections.

This form is meant to be printed, updated, and kept with your records to assist in mural conservation efforts.
