Itinerary - Minister Boissonnault in France for the 2022 Meeting of the OECD Ministerial Council

From June 8 to 10, the Honourable Randy Boissonnault, Minister of Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance, will be in Paris, France to attend the 2022 Meeting of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council at the Ministerial Level. Ministers and high level representatives will discuss a broad range of issues under the overarching theme “The Future We Want: Better Policies for the Next Generation and a Sustainable Transition’’.
On Thursday, June 9, Minister Boissonnault will attend meetings touching on challenges stemming from Russia’s unjustified invasion of Ukraine, economic outlooks, and tax challenges arising from the digitalization of the economy, amongst others.
On June 10, following the closing ceremony of the Ministerial Council Meeting, Minister Boissonnault will hold a media teleconference. More details on the media teleconference will follow.
