Every October, Canada’s Healthy Workplace Month (CHWM) highlights the importance of practicing workplace habits that promote a healthy mind, body, and organizational culture.

In line with this year’s theme, “Together for a Better Workplace” the Defence Team is leveraging this opportunity to discuss mental health in the workplace.

No Talk Thursday
On No Talk Thursdays, teams are encouraged to create meeting free time zones, where any non-urgent meetings and interruptions within the team are banned. This will provide more time for employees to get more work done, making the end of the week less stressful!
