Canada’s Healthy Workplace Month

Every October, Canada’s Healthy Workplace Month (CHWM) highlights the importance of practicing workplace habits that promote a healthy mind, body, and organizational culture.

In line with this year’s theme, “Feel great at work!” the Defence Team is leveraging this opportunity to discuss mental health and diversity in the workplace.

Throughout the month, take the opportunity to explore the diverse factors that influence the perspectives, ideologies, and experiences of your peers in the workplace.

Join the discussion and participate in offerings such as panels, speakers, lived experience testimonials, and interactive activities, by registering here.
