We are working on that option right now. During COVID-19, it has been hard to get information out, but you can email our Corporate EAP Office and you'll get an answer within 24 hours.
3. How can the Employee Assistance Program help civilian employees and their family members?
You can use the referral agents that I've already talked about, the volunteers. You can use LifeSpeak, Canada LifeSpeak.com, 1-800-268-7708.
4. Who are the referral agents?
They are amazing non-judgmental peers, trying specifically to listen and help you through difficult situations and help you find resources. They are also trained in suicide intervention skills. And that's it. Thank you.
