1. What is the best thing about the cadet program?

The cadets themselves.

2. What is one thing you never get tired of?

Meeting the cadets, meeting the people.

3. If you were not in the CAF, what would you do?

I’d be an electronic technician.

4. What are your hobbies?

I like playing with the lathe, the wood lathe, to make pens.

5. Sens, Leafs, Oilers, Flames or Habs?

Neither. Go Jets go. Soon to be the Quebec Nordiques.

6. What are the unsung heroes of your organization?

It’s all the adults, the staff that deals with the cadets, teaching them.

7. How do your employees make your job easier?

Because they’re on the same page, we follow the same rules, and we go after teaching the young cadets.

8. What is the most valuable piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Look after your family first, and look after the people around you.

9. What are you most looking forward to working with cadets?

Just developing the young minds, learning about them.
