Minister McGuinty to welcome Philippine Secretary of National Defense

Members of the media are invited to attend photo opportunities and a joint press conference between the Honourable David J. McGuinty, Minister of National Defence, and Philippine Secretary of National Defense, Gilberto C. Teodoro.

Minister McGuinty and Secretary Teodoro will be received by an honour guard
