Integrated Conflict and Complaint Management Program

The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has integrated its 4 recourse structures into one agency called Integrated Conflict and Complaint Management (ICCM). The 4 recourse structures were previously known as:

  • Harassment prevention
  • Human rights and diversity complaints
  • CAF grievance authority
  • Alternative dispute resolution

The ICCM program provides CAF members a better way to submit, track, and resolve complaints. ICCM will help CAF members:

  • manage conflicts and complaints faster by working with you to meet your personal needs
  • solve conflict earlier in the complaint process by providing you with support and informal options
