Defence Forms Catalogue

1. The Defence Forms Catalogue (DFC) is now available on CCO Net. The catalogue contains official DND and CAF forms and was previously limited to DWAN users. Access is now extended to all CCO Net users.


2. This joint J1 and IT Service Management Centre (IT SMC) initiative is in keeping with the requirement to improve information management, notably with the accessibility and usage of official forms. This initiative aims to simplify searches for DND and CAF forms, and limit the circulation of outdated copies and regionally-generated forms.


3. All personnel will make use of DND and CAF forms. Use of non-DND or non-CAF forms are not authorized, including modification of the forms. If an RCSU identifies a requirement to generate a form that is not available in the DFC or modify an existing form, they are to contact the Natl CJCR Sp Gp HQ J1.


4. The catalogue may be accessed directly from CCO Net Intranet home page http://collaboration.cco.nat/sites/NAT/. The catalogue cannot be accessed from the CCO Extranet.
