1. This CANCDTGEN is an interim policy modification of ref A and supersedes ref B. Effective 1 Jun 21, staff cadet advanced training allocation is as follows:

2. As directed at ref C, the minimum working rank has been standardized for staff cadets employed at CTCs/CFTCs. At minimum, staff cadets are to be appointed to the rank of Petty Officer 2^nd Class/Sergeant for the duration of their advanced training.
