1. It is requested that the following new Type Designation {CF-188} be added to the DND Military Aircraft Register:
   
   1. Aircraft Type Designation: {CF-188}
      
   2. Aircraft Model Designations (if applicable): {CF-188A – Single}; {CF-188B – Dual}
      
   3. Popular Name: {Hornet}
      
   4. Requested Registration Numbers: {CF-188A: 701 - 798}; {CF-188B: 901 - 940}
      
2. Separate requests for a Certificate of Registration for each aircraft will be submitted once the manufacturer’s serial numbers and other required aircraft data are available.
