Minister Bains to make an important announcement for the Windsor-Essex region

The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for FedDev Ontario, the regional development agency for southern Ontario, will make an important announcement that will benefit the Windsor-Essex Region.
