Minister Duclos will visit Toronto to announce changes to parental benefits that will promote greater gender equality at home and in the workplace

The Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, will  announce how the Government of Canada is improving Employment Insurance parental benefits to help promote economic growth and improve the quality of life of families and communities.
