The Honourable Pablo Rodriguez, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Multiculturalism and Member of Parliament for Honoré–Mercier, accompanied by the Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of International Development and Member of Parliament for Compton—Stanstead,  will announce how the Government of Canada is helping young Canadians and immigrants in Québec and Ontario get skills training and increased job opportunities.

The announcement is being made on behalf of the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour.
