Barring, Turnaways and Reservations: Welcome
In this module you will learn what to do with clients that you cannot book into your shelter. You may not be able to book clients into your shelter because there are no beds available, or sometimes clients have been barred from the shelter. You will also learn how to create a reservation for a client for a future stay.
