Book In (Orange)
When the Book In button is orange you are unable to book the client into the service provider indicated. The name of the service provider does not appear, and no beds appear in the shelter map.

Barred (Orange)
Selecting the orange Barred button brings up the List view. There are two radio buttons, one for Currently barred and one for All. If you select Currently barred the list of all currently barred clients will be displayed. If you select All, the list of all barred records (past and present) will be displayed. If you select the Details tab you are able read comments indicating the reason why the client is barred.
