Welcome to the Adding a Good demonstration. You will learn how to record goods given to clients.

To record a good given to a client, open the Goods and Services screen from the Reception screen.

First, select the client's name from the list and open the Goods and Services screen.

The Reason for Service, Date and Time and the Type of Assistance are mandatory fields.

Selecting Goods and Services from the Type of Assistance drop down list activates the Goods and the Services tabs. In the Goods tab, select Add a New Good.

Select the type of good given to the client from the Good drop-down list. Then enter the unit of measurement for the good and how many were given out.

Ensure that the information is correct and save the record.
