My Service Canada Account
My Service Canada Account (MSCA) is a secure online portal. It allows you to access services for Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Canada Pension Plan disability, Old Age Security (OAS) and Social Insurance Number (SIN).
To update your direct deposit information, mailing address or telephone number, you can:
- complete the eServiceCanada form
- visit a Service Canada Office, or
- contact the call centre responsible for the benefits you have received
