By using the eServiceCanada request form, a trained Service Canada representative will call you within 2 business days.
The eServiceCanada request form is truly a hassle free way to receive trusted information on the government programs that matter to you.
Begin by filling out the required fields on the form – which you will notice have a red asterisk marking them. Please make sure to note any accessibility needs that require accommodations during a call, and we will ensure to provide them to you.
With the personal information section filled out, you can select the program, or programs, you would need help with or need more information on. Just select the program title to show what is available. You can select multiple options; try to choose the ones that best fit your needs.
You will notice a section labelled "Appointments". Choose this box to let a representative know that,you can go in-person to a Service Canada Centre if an appointment is required. The eServiceCanada request form allows you to provide additional information regarding your service request.
As always, when filling out this form, please make sure not to include any personal information, such as your Social Insurance Number, credit card number or other personal details. When you’re done, select “Submit”.
Once you’ve submitted your request you’ll be notified that a Service Canada representative will attempt to reach you within 2 business days.
Please be aware a representative will attempt to reach you at most two times. Make sure that blocked, or private, numbers are not automatically screened. If the representative is unsuccessful in reaching you, you will need to fill the form out again.
You will be provided with a confirmation number. We recommend that you keep note of your confirmation number so that if you wish you can use it to verify that you are speaking to an actual Service Canada representative when called. This helps, both us, and you, to protect your personal information.
