COVID-19 Check-in Survey Round 2

Dear colleagues,

As we launch into summer and at the same time continue to plan and prepare for a phased and gradual easing of restrictions at worksites, we want to hear from you with our second check-in survey.

Your participation in the survey is very important to ensure we provide the information you need, in the way you most like to receive it as we move forward. Your responses will be shared with all levels of management, and identify how we can best support you as we continue to adapt to the changing circumstances brought on by COVID-19.

Please take a few minutes of your time (less than 10 minutes) to complete the second COVID-19 Check-in Survey. Participation is voluntary, and responses will be anonymous and treated in confidence. The survey will close on July 30th.

Our last Pulse Check survey back in May was a great success. Over 2,000 employees responded in less than a week. We learned that most employees were coping well, in regular touch with their manager, and using new tools like MS Teams. The results also pointed to issues we need to keep an eye on or adjust, such as VPN access and guidance on the use of leave code 699. You will note since then, IT has been making adjustments to shore up the network, and further guidance on leave code 699 has been distributed, so we heard you!

We will continue to be in a situation that requires us to adapt as the circumstances change. It is challenging and your well-being is important to us.
