Please be advised that, in light of COVID-19, the performance management cycle for employees at ECCC is being adjusted as follows:
- Year-end assessments completed by July 31, 2020
- Beginning of year performance agreement completed by September 30, 2020
- Mid-year review completed by December 15, 2020
- Year-end assessments completed by April 30, 2021
The right time for year-end assessments may vary case-by-case, though the importance of a constructive two-way conversation remains the same. With the intention to acknowledge contributions and support success going-forward, the following resources may be useful in preparation for year-end discussions:
