Minister McKenna to visit Southwestern Ontario to Support Action on Climate Change and Protect the Environment

Toronto, Ontario– July 17, 2018 – The Honourable Minister of Environment and Climate Change Canada and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, Catherine McKenna, will travel in Southwestern Ontario on July 18 and 19, to make new announcements on protecting nature and the places Canadians love, as well as to meet with important stakeholders on the issue of climate change. Minister McKenna will highlight actions the Government of Canada is taking to protect the environment, grow the economy, and build a more sustainable future for generations to come.
