Environment and Climate Change Canada presents the 2026 hurricane season outlook

Dartmouth, Nova Scotia – May 20, 2026 – Media are advised that Bob Robichaud, Warning Preparedness Meteorologist with Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Canadian Hurricane Centre, will present the outlook for the upcoming 2026 hurricane season to help people in Canada prepare for the season.

Following the briefing, media will have the opportunity to ask questions. This availability is for attribution and may be recorded.
