Performance Indicator Report Form

Performance indicators are measurable results that demonstrate how your project objectives are met. The Performance Indicators Report enables you to demonstrate to Environment and Climate Change Canada that your project has met its objectives and expected results. All projects must include at least one (1) environmental indicator as per the list of performance indicators.
